I'm back with another mid-week issue just for you!

Whatever you are going through this week aim to make it work in your favor.

You're built for this.

Let's not forget it's all part of the journey.

In this issue you'll find:

- Today's main topic

- 5 links that caught my attention

- 5 Tweets to think about

- Sponsors

Let's jump in.

Today I'll be discussing WHAT IS SELF-IMRPOVEMENT.

WHAT IS SELF-IMPROVEMENT?

Self-improvement is first of all a journey.

Don't let anyone tell you this stops at one point because it doesn't.

You always have something to change about yourself.

All of us are works in progress.

Improving anything in your life takes time. You can be sure about that.

Another thing you need to know each process is individual.

There is so much we don't understand.

It's mind-boggling.

Self-improvement is the journey with the least regrets.

No one who took the time to make some positive changes in their lives regretted it.

Investing in yourself will never be the wrong decision.

The good thing about it is when you get better you are able to lead by example. And that's what others need to get influenced.

They want evidence because it's more convincing.

Take care of yourself first to be able to help others. It all starts with you.

Self-improvement is about meeting yourself. Finding out about layers you never thought existed.

This is the path of self-understanding.

Throughout the whole thing, you are learning what is best for you.

You are overcoming limiting beliefs and learning how to love yourself despite your imperfections. And that is not a small thing.

Self-improvement is teaching you discipline, hard work, dedication, perseverance, patience... All the great stuff.

No one can take that away from you. You are establishing something untouchable.

Once you gain these attributes you are undefeatable.

Self-improvement is the pathway to all of your aspirations.

There's no other way to achieve all the things you want.

By improving yourself daily you are overcoming the old you and becoming who you need to be.

That's the whole story. Leaving old skin behind. Breaking out of your cocoon.

The journey is not that clear though.

The sooner you accept it's going to be full of ups and downs the easier it will be for you to deal with it.

Self-improvement is your introduction to life.

It is the path of waking up to the realities of this existence.

Breaking out of illusions.

When you start digging deeper ain't no coming back.

You'll get hooked. There's more and more.

It'll be hard to battle your curiosity.

Once you start seeing there are no rules and limits you'll be stunned.

As a whole, you're becoming more self aware. You start noticing how perfectly imperfect things are.

You're tapping into another dimension.

No matter how hard it becomes you should be thankful you are on that side of life.

You are taking chances and you are creating new ones.

Not too many are willing to jump into that type of mentality. It's scary.

Be proud you are doing something different.

You'll be rejected by the majority and that is ok.

As long as you are getting better nothing else matters.

This whole journey teaches you to mind your own business because it shows you how many things you need to correct in your life.

As simple as that.

It's worth it.

So at least think about it!
